After the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, I have been reflecting on her Leadership style and have realised what a great example of Servant Leadership the Queen set.

In this RAW Leadership Podcast, I would like to pay my respects to the Queens service, dedication and sacrifice by sharing 7 quotes that she said and explore them in a way that we can find examples of how, we as Leaders, can implement them into our Leadership principles.

The Queen was my boss and I swore and oath and allegiance to her, she declared that she would" for the whole of her life... be devoted to your service" ... and she did serve the remainder of her days in the service of her people, of her country and of the world. 

The Queen was a source of inspiration for me personally and it is only after her passing that I have realised, just how much of an inspiration she has been in my own Leadership style and principles.
