Servant Leadership is "a leadership style is based on the idea that leaders prioritize serving the greater good. Leaders with this style serve their team and organization first. They don’t prioritize their own objectives"After the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, I have been reflecting on her Leadership style and have realised what a great example of Servant Leadership the Queen set. In this RAW Leadership Podcast, I would like to pay my respects to the Queens service, dedication and sacrifice by sharing 7 quotes that she said and explore them in a way that we can find examples of how, we as Leaders, can implement them into our Leadership principles.
