In this episode, Sofie gives an update on her official diagnosis of Dyslexia and comes to find out that she is also ADHD. The realization and acceptance of this new diagnosis has her mourning the little girl she was who is now this lost generation of women who were overlooked as a child with ADHD. It was not too long ago that research finally included girls with ADHD, since there was a time where only boy’s with ADHD were researched. The shame, anxiety, pressure, and disappointment was real for her. She is now recognizing and laughing about why she is a hot mess in the kitchen.
