Walter Hudson and Rep. Jeremy Munson discuss the renewed push for mask mandates and the Governor's emergency powers. The Legislature limited Walz with a Chapter 144 amendment at the end of the special session but the four members of the NHRC were the only ones who voted against empowering Walz's commissioners with the ability to re-write laws in 2020.
