SHOW NOTES Segment 1 — Pulse 10th Anniversary Friday, June 12, 2026 marked 10 years since 49 people were killed at Pulse nightclub in Orlando during Latin Night. Vigils were held nationally; the Cathedral of St. Luke in Orlando held a Requiem Eucharist service where church bells tolled 49 times. The Pulse building was demolished earlier in 2026 to make way for a permanent memorial, with construction expected to begin Fall 2026 and open in 2027. Survivor and activist Brandon Wolf has returned to Equality Florida after years at the Human Rights Campaign and plans a community fundraising event the evening of June 13.
