These are situations where you aim to develop someone's leadership, coach someone, or you have a team where you encounter roadblocks that stop you. These are statements like, "Why should I have to do that?"  "The problem is not me."  "The problem is them." "This isn't the way I do things." You have to remember that roadblocks are rarely intentional and part of a person's cognitive blindspot.
