Her research focuses on the sensitive personality trait and how to support sensitive individuals to function at their best. Through her research work, Becky has developed an online portal with tools and resources to help raise awareness ofsensitive personality and support sensitive individuals’ wellbeing. Her formal education has included music, education, guidance, and counselling and she is a graduate of the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program (2016).
