Katrina Adams has done it all in the world of tennis - player, coach, commentator, former CEO and President of the USTA (the first black woman and youngest person ever to hold the position), Chair of the ITF Fed Cup and Executive Director of the Harlem Junior Tennis Education Center. She's the author of the book "Own the Arena" a behind-the-scenes look at the leadership skills involved in hosting the U.S. Open and lessons that can be applied across business and to any life challenge.
