Justin Smith is a Senior Vice President in the Lee & Associates Irvine office and has been with the firm his entire 20-year career. He has completed over 600 lease and sale transactions in his career valued at half a billion dollars and roughly 10,000,000 SF. Justin completed his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine and went on to complete his MBA and Master’s in Real Estate Development dual degree from USC. He has completed tenant rep assignments in 15 states, handles landlord leasing assignments across the OC, LA and IE marketplaces, and has sold $125 million of investment sales across the country.
