I have taken control of my traumatic past and am now in control of my future. All the steps we have actually taken. Gratitude can really change your day and use it as a building block.Really works with others to reply instead of a knee jerk response. Chats about with her teaching tools to her kids they have started to use them when they need a few minutes in a conversation because they are getting heightened emotions. The 10 min break. Talks about triggers and the responses and what we are teaching others with out actions. And touching on a heightened state of emotion.What the ripple effect is, how you can use it , and how exciting it is when you see that it has been past on. Chats about a grounding practice that she does with her son to be able to process more and he feels calmer. When he is feeling angry and like he cant’t do something. Talks about a visual technique that can use to help you set up your day to give you an armer. Try this for a week and notice the difference. One of her last tools she give for getting grounded- go outside and place your feet on the earth just for a few minutes. Gets more detailed on who would come and work with her and get more help and healing.
