Today I am throwing a you a curve ball, but a very important one. I am taking you off wedding planning for a moment to talk a moment that changed my life in the hope it help you or someone you love.  If you have been putting off that skin check, if you haven't had your skin checked before then please let this be your friendly reminder to BOOOK IT NOW! Why?  Because at 23 I was told I had a malignant melanoma which is now the most common cancer affecting 15 to 39-year-old Australians. At 23 I would have called BULL SH*T on that statistic....I was 23 for f**k sake, I haven't even lived a life a certainly not a life in the sun, you see as I will explain in this weeks podcast, I was NEVER a sun baby.  Blonde hair, fair skin, never tans and burns easily. Why would I bother? So the news hit me like a ten tone truck.  Today I share this not to scare you BUT to inform you that trusting your gut feeling, listening to you body and getting that check could just save your life.  Together, sharing our stories is what helps create change and inform others, so today I walk a different path to share my story.
