Ep. 29 - Why stepping into your own power, authenticity and magic can be terrifying: How I broke the spell and overcame my fear to break free from the spiritual closet.

Why do so many spiritual people feel a deep, almost paralyzing fear when it comes to sharing their gifts with the world? I discuss how the process of creating something new had me trapped in fear and not trusting my abilities, and how I wad able to recognise the root of that resistance came from inherited beliefs from my own mother’s fear about her own inadeqacy, fear or failure and trying new things. Identifying this block was such a significant breakthrough in my own ability to fully embrace and share my spiritual knowledge on a larger scale, and create a program that lives and breathes the healing work that I do and carries the authenticity and depth of someone who has walked the path of transformation myself.
