Fundamental to this is how AI can be a sparring partner that sparks curiosity, but when used lazily it becomes nothing more than serving up a microwave meal and calling yourself a chef.   We introverts may be tempted to lean on it when our batteries are drained, but that is where the danger of cognitive offloading creeps in. Stop using the muscle and it will wither.
