Ep. 293: Schefter Bomb
from It's Pretty OK
This week, Sean talks to Pierce and Kevin about ESPN’s NFL access merchant, Adam Schefter, getting caught up in the scandal surrounding deposed dirtbag coach Jon Gruden’s gross emails. We know that what you’ve all been clamoring for is a lesson on journalistic ethics from the It’s Pretty OK podcast, so we are happy to oblige. Is Schefter a “journalist”? Does it matter? What are the parallels (and differences) between Schefter’s situation and that of CNN’s Chris Cuomo? All in all, this is riveting stuff — definitely don’t listen to it before bed.
