The questions that, "When do I no longer need coaching?" and a feeling that some people have that "Coaching is a cult."  No one needs coaching. Not a single person needs a coach. As soon as you impose this idea upon them that they need a coach, it's going to be harder for them to open themselves up to the idea that they can benefit from one.
