Today is part 1 of the sustainable health series of the Podcast :) Health is something I have started paying attention to only in the past decade of my life! In my 30s I was too tired of the various hormonal issues that I was encountering, and that's when I started to research and make the required switch to a healthy lifestyle. I wanted back control of my life. I am sure you know that the choice you make for which food you buy and consume has a direct impact on your health, but did you know it also impacts your environment!! Yes! Because we humans are a part of the ecosystem, my friends, so what is harmful to our health how can it be good for the environment? Before I discuss this topic further a disclaimer: I am not a health expert but an inquisitive mind to research and find out what is healthy for us and how our choices impact our environment!
