CB was one of the first black female executives to work for a Fortune 500 consumer products company. She won several awards for product marketing and branding from General Foods. She also founded the National Association for Interior Design. CB holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pace University's Lubin School of Business where she also taught and served on the board of advisors. She is one of the world's most respected certified master coaches.
