Korfball Player Profiles is the fourteenth season of the Half Court Press Podcast. In this series Tao MacLeod talks to players about their lives outside of the sport, as well as their careers, experiences and perspectives within korfball. In episode three we chat to Christie Smillie. A former basketball and netball player, Christie Smillie converted to the sport of korfball, whilst at University. Now at the age of 23, she has coached several sides, across a variety of different levels, introducing new players into the community. She has also played for Scotland at international level, at the recent European Championships. In this episode we chat about her enjoyment of the game, as well as how to improve korfball.
