Gemma talks this week about all things crystals. A topic she wanted to cover early on because so many people know her for that work. This episode is an hour long express Crystals 101. Where we talk about the following: What is a crystal Why crystals are good for us Where to place them in the home How to use them And what ones to get first if you are beginning a crystal collection This topic is so close to Gemma's heart so we both hope you enjoy it.
