What are some obstacles and challenges we can expect, and what mindsets will get us through the ups and downs? On this very first interview episode on the podcast, I talk with Grace Phan-Nguyen. Grace shares her trajectory of starting her career in theater in Canada, moved to Germany during the global pandemic, and then self-started a career on Youtube. Today she manages two well-loved Youtube food channels.
