Ep. 3 | How to Empower Yourself

from The Priscilla Little Show · host Priscilla Little

***This podcast began as Successful, Wealthy, and Confident—a reflection of where I started. Today, it’s evolved into The Priscilla Little Show, embodying deeper alignment, confidence, and authenticity.***In this episode I breakdown how to be the most empowered version of yourself. The answer to this way of being is something you might not expect and it will require you to get uncomfortable and be brutally honest with yourself. But the minute you take responsibility for your life you are able to gain the lessons the experience was meant to teach you. I get vulnerable with you and tell you about certain parts of my life that I have struggled with so that you feel seen and know that it's okay not to be perfect. In particular I tell you about the experience I had in my love life in Florida and the lesson that it taught me. Once you finish the episode I encourage you to reflect on your own life and the parts of it that have been challenging for you. Ask yourself if there is a pattern happening. What have you allowed to go on in your life? Dig in deeper and find the lesson behind the painful experiences. Ask yourself, "What was this experience meant to teach me?" You always have a hand in what happens and it is important to take responsibility for what you call in to your life. The biggest part of the healing process is forgiveness. Release the pain for YOURSELF. From there move forward with the lesson and your new found empowerment. Approach similar situations like that with this new lesson in mind. I love you and thank you for being vulnerable with me.
