EP 3 : how to stay disciplined.

from Girls Who Love · host Amaal Kai

hey girllssssss <3 welcome back to another episode! This one’s pretty close to my heart because it has made me the person I am today, the journey has been easier than expected and that’s because of my understanding and association with the word “discipline”. Coming from a pretty strict south-indian home, the word “discipline” was always thrown at me with a lot of negative energy and words that eventually became my mind voice and my understanding of what discipline is, but thanks to therapy, good people and great minds on the internet- today I believe that my discipline is one of my biggest strengths and I would go as far as to say, in my life, I am the most disciplined person I know of and I have a healthy relationship with the word. Talk to me in the comments and tell me all about your journey, xoxo.
