I don't have any true crime cases to talk about TODAY, but today's topic is still just as interesting! On this episode of A Slice of Ham, I’m getting down and dirty into my own brain! Specifically, I am going to be talking about mental health – my own personal struggles with mental health, and mental health as a whole. You'll hear me talk about my mental health issues as a child, my mental health issues as a newfound social media creator, and you'll hear me talk about what I have learned from being in therapy thus far. I want to give a realistic perspective on mental health and the healing that goes into it.  If you think that Tiktok creating is all sunshine and roses, think again! I am going to be giving some insight onto just how stressful and unstable being an internet creator can be. If you are struggling with your mental health, you are not a bad person, and you are not alone. Everyone has their own struggles. These are some of mine! Had any mental health struggles of your own recently? If you'd like to talk about it, or simply share your thoughts on mental health in general, then leave me a voice message in the link below!  Thanks for listening! Thanks for being here! Thanks for surviving another day! Thanks for gettin' yourself A Slice of Ham!
