Minister of civil aviation during Manmohan Singh government Praful Patel is being quizzed by Enforcement Directorate (ED).This quizzing is over his alleged association with aviation lobbyist Deepak Talwar. These four cases are under investigation. 1. The merger of Air India and Indian Airlines. 2. Deal with American company Boeing and French company Airbus. 3. Giving permission to 3 gulf airlines for flying in Indian airspace. 4. Allowing foreign funding for aviation training center.
