Three Games of Hockey is the sixteenth season of the Half Court Press Podcast. In this series, Tao MacLeod, talks to a variety of hockey players, coaches, journalists and personalities about three matches that have been particularly important to them in their lives and careers. In episode three we hear from 20 year old University College of Dublin player and Ireland international, Sarah McAuley. After starting out at Avoca Hockey Club, before playing for Muckross H.C., she then moved to UCD for her university studies, in Social Policy and Sociology. As a part of the Ireland senior team, she has played in several tournaments recently, including a World Cup Qualifier, the EuroHockey Championships and the Tokyo Olympic Games. Here she describes her favourite game of hockey as a school team player, as a club player and as an international player.
