EP#3 Taking Action, Failure, Crawl Walk Run We have partnered with Sofsocs DISCOUNT CODE: SUFFER10 ----more----   We are proud to announce that we are now sponsored and chose to partner with Sofsocs. Sofsocs is a veteran owned company based out of Pensacola. We engineered these toe socks for extreme conditions, long runs, and hard work. Sofsocs provide a non-slip heel, compression on the foot arch, and individual toe protection to promote good toe splay and prevent blisters.    Each challenge we keep in mind our slogan "Kill it or Will it" - this comes from the idea that sometimes you're trained and ready for the competition and you "kill it." Other times, the unexpected happens and you have to "will it" to get it done.    On this episode of Suffer Up podcast, Nate and Ryan discuss taking action, failure, and the concept of crawl, walk, run. Ryan shares his passion for making and taking the next step towards something and what that looks like. Nate and Ryan also share our views on what is failure and what is defined as failure.  Ryan shares some personal experience with his time in the United States Navy as a Aviation Rescue Swimmer. During his difficult training, he was taught with a crawl, walk, run model and he expounds on that model and how you can apply that to your daily life.  Nate shares some of his personal experiences as a fireman and his gear workouts and how he trains himself as well as his crew. Nate will get into the weeds with his view towards training, failure, and what growth looks like.    Please use the link below to follow us on social media! Thanks for listening.    FOLLOW HERE!
