Matthew reveals and proves that in 2020 he and over a dozen of his Luas Security colleagues were given fake law enforcement powers by their employers Transdev Ireland and describes how they went on to use those powers to force passengers into providing proof of their identification in order to receive a fine, or else face arrest. He also reveals that they would (illegally) detain and remove hundreds of Luas passengers by force under the guise of law enforcement officers who in reality had no powers other than to observe and report incidents.
