Fam, Let me tell y’all ... , I had an AMAZING conversation with Curtis #KingOfTheOneLiners and who has a true heart to take care for others, regarding “connection”! This right here is an example  “The Sun Shines, the moon illuminates, both do their job to shine for others. A leader’s job is to do their job so others light can shine!”  "A lot of your problems can be solved behind your nose." "When you don't see that connecting with people is important. That is like asking a blind dog to guard a steakhouse." "You can't light up a room and connect with people if you don't plug in" "You want your people to bear fruit, but you aren't willing to plant the seed." "Last time I checked, they were given the right to vote, bear arms, and deploy, but they can't be trusted to make good decisions. Where is the logic in that equation?"
