Ep 30: ask the right questions to get more from your coaching

Most of us want to get the most out of our lesson. And truly understand what the coach is trying to give us. But sometimes there’s a gap between coach and rider and what we can ask to get another understanding. Here are some ways through lateral concepts that you can work with your coach and get a better idea of what they are trying to achieve I try to demystify for some lateral work that seems very complicated for beginners in this area to be less intimidating when they try it out in their lesson.
