We talk to Benny about his childhood and how he started out in Muay Thai before finding a passion for Boxing and how that passion transitioned into training. We cover how hectic it is cutting weight, nutrition, using boxing as a purpose, travelling around the world for competitive events and boxing in the Olympics before wrapping up with the guest questions.
