Ep: 305 – Carolina Panthers Post Game – Detroit Lions Podcast

from The Detroit Lions Podcast · host The Detroit Lions Podcast

In this live episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris is joined by Sandman to discuss the Lions defeat at the hands of the Carolina Panthers. It wasn’t just a game in which the Lions were defeated, but the way in which they lost that was incredibly demoralizing for fans. You could feel the spark of hope being snuffed as the game against the Carolina Panthers played out. Carolina Panthers Stronger Than The Score Indicates There were two touchdowns negated by interceptions in the end zone – but those occurred after the Carolina Panthers marched down the field on long strong drives. The Lions defense seemed to be on the field for the entire game. With no execution on offense, one can’t expect much more that a shutout – and that’s exactly what the Lions anemic offense offered up. Detroit Lions Podcast Analysis There is a lot about to take place with the team’s front office and coaches. We discuss some potential scenarios and the high and low possibilities of each one. How good is the job in Detroit going to be? Who will we be bringing in and how good is the Detroit coaching job? What should we expect? We start the discussion on these items and there will be a lot more in the upcoming shows.
