In this episode of The Transformational Leader, we talked about confidence. How does a leader gain confidence? A lot of leaders would relate to themselves as having confidence. What we get is a lack of self-trust and confidence. What a leader needs is a deeper level of confidence. A level of confidence that we call sovereignty. The ability to let feedback in and find our true north in the midst of that. When we are confident in ourselves, we can explore doubt and check it.
