The Samanta S Ribary Foundation, (SSRF for short) a non-for profit organization, run by volunteers to support orphan children was born in the USA shortly after adopting our daughter Samanta from Ecuador. Samanta was abandoned by her biological parents and found at a local market at the approximate age of 2 months. Shortly before her first birthday, Evelyne and Urs adopted baby Samanta and wanted to give something back to the less fortunate orphan children, remaining at orphanages, some with physical and mental disabilities to help them grow up in a safe, healthy, loving and caring environment, where physical, intellectual, emotional and social activities and experiences are being fulfilled every day.
