She will provide education on how an individual can increase one’s energy and mental clarity by using nutrition that works for each individual on the cellular level. By discovering the relationship between food and energy, and how it relates to one’s body, the client can choose the best path that works specifically for their unique characteristics and individual goals. Leah will also help to explore possible barriers or limitations with each client as well as discover and integrate spiritual & mindfulness practices, relaxation, hydration, detoxification, movement, sleep and spiritual hygiene in order to create balance and optimum health in their daily lives.
