She feels now she is really making work that is in post-style style. Her output as a composer includes two full length chamber operas, both performed by the Lontano Ensemble: The Descent of Inanna (1992) and Siddhartha, Spirit Child (2001). Both operas employ singers from many vocal traditions, not only operatic. In 2012 Jenni founded Vocal Tai Chi – a ‘voice unclassified’ workshop for creative expression, therapeutic and spiritual healing. Vocal Tai Chi is “moving voice between heaven and earth”.In 2015 she founded The Improvisers’ Choir. Jenni conducts the improvisers using special hand signals. All her work takes sustenance from the spiritual teachings of her root Lama Drubje Chime Rinpoche. Her other teachers (through her studies) include Trungpa Rinpcohe, Pema Chodren, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Richard Moss, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra and Wendell Henckel.www.theimproviserschoir.comwww.vocaltaichi.comwww.linktr.ee/jenniroditiChloë Goodchild is an international singer, innovatory educator, author and founder of The Naked Voice (1990) and its UK Charitable Foundation (2004), dedicated to the realization of compassionate communication in all realms of human life.
