I thought I'd do a followup conversation to last week's episode of FathersFyre, "Dealing with the 'Broken' Child". We are not in a perfect place yet but we are making progress. I realized while driving home with my daughter that I have to "Lean In" to my kids, even when they are resisting or still have that wall up. I'm sure you all know what it's like to have the cold shoulder, attitude and general dark cloud walking around your house. It may be time to lean in with a little love.
