Retrospect is 20/20, and with the new fall season around the corner, and having just transitioned into a new season of Pastoring, I found myself reflective this morning, looking back on all that I gleaned from my recent ten years as a leader in ministry, and as a parent. I’ve been in ministry leadership for 23+ years, but the most recent years hold different lessons than my early years, and I wanted to be sure I don’t miss them. We learn as much from our mistakes as our successes, and even from the wins and losses of those around us. So get ready to dig into these principles that were hard-learned, but rich for growth.
