Becky, Autumn and Tiffany welcome back Jessica Holfeltz, LCMHC and Sex Therapist, to talk about pleasure and sexuality. Jessica shares that each of us has the right to feel pleasure, experience it, express it, ask for it. In order to address the stigma surrounding pleasure, we need to talk about it. She says that pleasure is joy and men and women are that they are to have joy. Jessica reminds us that pleasure is part of healthy sexuality and shares some pointers to start learning about pleasure in our lives.
