Ep 31: The Badass Belief System With Bel Atkins

On todays episode: I was joined by a beautiful former client of mine Bel Atkins. We delve deep into her story of being a business women, separating from her husband, being a mum to her to gorgeous boys and of course her healing journey. Bel has been called within to spread her wings and go off on her own path now, and I am so beyond proud of the women she has become and getting to watch her reach this stage. Her whole journey has led her to see that everything she needs is within herself and that she just needs to trust and follow that, because everything will be okay. Bel used to have a lot of resistance to the healing work and never fully committed to it, but she has know delved in deep as she has seen the power behind it. After stepping out on her own she has expressed that slowing down, different types of movements, focusing on herself and sitting with emotions has really helped her within her days. She expressed that her divorce was the main catalyst to her healing journey, and has led her to being alone which has actually been a huge part of the evolvement within herself. Through this she has learnt that she is okay in every moment in time and just to let herself slow down and have a minute when she needs it.
