What this episode covers

Born and raised in the Netherlands I moved to Austria to live and work among mountains after a 20+ year career in project & facility management. I left that career behind to work as a mountain hiking guide in the Austrian Alps. Finding that a lot of the conversations I had with people I guided were coaching conversations, I trained as a life coach. I felt it was necessary to have a solid background in coaching. During the pandemic, I started a podcast "Daring Self-Leadership & The Nature Connection". I believe that to be leaders we first need to be able to lead ourselves. Since we are part of and not separate from Nature, I believe that requires us to re-connect with ourselves by re-connecting with Nature.
