Yet, despite being a growing issue, homelessness is often misunderstood and stigmatized.  "Faces of Homelessness: A Tampa Bay Story", seeks to shed light on the lives of those who are experiencing homelessness in Tampa Bay. This book, just released in 2023 by our very own host, Tonya Fines, is a compilation of black and white photographs that capture the faces of individuals who have been affected by this growing problem. But it is not just a book of pictures.
