Ep. 32 - King Kong
from The Grand Gesture
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR is currently being seen by every set of eyes on the planet, but maybe your ears will give our episode a chance on one of the first big spectacle films, KING KONG. Guest WEB BIST of TRILOGY TALK joins the show to discuss approaching this 1933 classic with 2018 sensibilities, the grabby hands of Mr. Kong, and how it feels to be The Other (Hairer) Man. All of this and and presumably more things that would produce great Fay Wray-like scream from our listeners at the links below: Support what we do with bonus content and early episodes on Patreon Listen on iTunes/Podbean Facebook/Instagram/Twitter: @grandgesturepod Hosts: Dave @pccasestudy Mike @warmachinehorse Email us your favorite romantic grand gestures in film at [email protected] Theme music by Soft and Furious Intro: "Am I Drunk or in Love"
