Mike Warner is an artisan fishmonger from Suffolk who owns and operates “A Passion For Seafood.” As a member of the Guild of Food Writers, and being deeply involved in promoting British seafood, Mike is also an ambassador with Wright Brothers in London.In this episode of Seafood Matters Mike discusses his firsthand experiences in the fishing industry and his efforts to increase the consumption of locally sourced UK seafood.
