Dr. Piuzzi performs over 400 surgeries annually and leads one of the most productive joint research groups in the United States, publishing over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts each year and conducting numerous clinical trials. His vision is to advance patient care through evidence-based orthopedic surgery and personalized medicine. With over 375 published articles and numerous awards, including the AAOS/OREF/ORS Clinician Scholar Career Development Program Award, Dr. Piuzzi continues to shape the future of orthopedic care and research.

Dr. Piuzzi completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires and a fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapies. His commitment to patient care and innovative research makes him a leading voice in the field of orthopedics.
