Ep 323 Authority is Evidenced in Moments (not Titles)

from The Flourishing Introvert Talks · host Joanna Rawbone

One of the unique things about we introverts is that we prefer to contribute only when we have something of value to add. I have little desire to change this, but we need to acknowledge that it may impact how our authority (or lack of it) is perceived. Expertise that is not visible or appropriately expressed has little value, and invisible expertise serves no one. When you choose not to share what you know, especially when it matters, you are not being modest, you are withholding value. Authority is not about status or seniority, it is about responsibility in the moment. So the real challenge is this; when will you feel able to stop holding back and start evidencing what you already know?     𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 🔑 Authority is evidenced 🔑 Silence has consequences 🔑 Expertise needs expression   #FlourishingIntroverts #OwnYourVoice #Introverts     🎧 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗲-𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲 -  https://sites.libsyn.com/231761/ep-323-authority-is-evidenced-in-moments-not-titles   🔗 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 Visit https://hub.flourishingintroverts.com/resourcesp for tools and resources mentioned during the podcast.
