EP 327: Gone To The Dogs with Robert Raxter

Ball’s Stylish Hickory Nut Harry, House’s Lipper, Rock River Sackett, Jr., Rat Attack, Schmersal’s Stylish Queen, Logan’s Wild Clover and of course, Hardwood Bozo all appear, and some more than once, in Mojo’s five-generation pedigree, dogs that made the hound one of the most popular stud dogs in the history of the raccoon-hunting sport.. Robert Raxter of Brevard, North Carolina is the man responsible for purchasing Mojo as a pup seventeen years ago, for training that pup and for winning the 2008 PKC Spring Super Stakes with him before selling half interest in the legendary hound to Scott Engle as a three-year old.   Mojo would win the 2009 Spring Super Stakes and the 2009 UKC Triple Crown under the ownership of Engle and his partner, the late J.C.
