This is one of Spielberg’s few misfires, and on paper it sounds great… What would happen if Peter Pan grew up? The film is cast well, and the crew are some of the best filmmakers in the world. But the film has problems with tone, length, and confusing production design (why is there a skateboard ramp in the lost boys’ treehouse?)
