Ep. #327 The process of life change starts with a crisis

We all hate crisis' they are never pleasant and they always require us to adjust something in our life, or change something about ourselves to get through it.  We are forced to get tough, display a lot of grit and battle through the crisis to "get back to normal". But, normal rarely follows a crisis, however, change does. That's part of becoming bully proof and winning at life.  I'm just like you, I don't enjoy when a crisis happens, because it means I'm going to have to change something, or work hard at fixing something. But, this isn't always a bad thing, as a matter of fact, a crisis is usually the only reason people ever change. Listen in to what I learned tonight at our men's night out church event.
