Ep 329: The Art of Generating

If you had a bad start to the day, you are wrapped up in the story of what a shitty day is. As you go with the rest of the day, you will look at things to justify that it is indeed a shitty day. Generating the event in yourself how you want to experience it requires some energetic input.  Generating as a leader is the act of choosing how we will be and showing up in alignment with that. It sounds like a trait, but it is more about our state of being.  In an event like getting stuff done, there is a default way that will show that you are tired, exhausted, and not excited about what you have to do. With this, you are entirely justified, and no one could criticize you. That is not the experience of the event you are committed to creating.
