Ep. 33: Bully

Original Publish Date: February 7, 2022 In this bonus episode, Misty and Amarilys take on a very serious topic:  bullying. The episode is a departure from the regular fun and games you hear the ladies talk about but it's an important thing to discuss as it has dire consequences if not addressed.   In this movie, your heart will break as you watch the kids be targeted through no fault of their own and you will see what pieces remain when some of them take matters into their own hands.  We see how parents, adults, and teachers have all failed these children when they came to them for help.  But when you know better, you do better and it's our hope that our little discussion in our small part of the podcasting world will be heard and make a difference when your child or student approaches you with this problem. In the second half of the discussion, Misty gets vulnerable about her own child's experience with a bully this year.  It's hard to listen to but hopefully you will hear her heart and talk to your own children about what's been happening under our own noses.
