Ep 33: Let’s Revolutionize Healing with Badass Spiritual Rebel Dr. Emy Tafelski

Dr. Emy Tafelski is a badass spiritual rebel whose mission it is to revolutionize how women heal and transform after untethering, shattering loss. In this powerful episode, we explore the possibility of going from loss to transformational healing and wholeness. Emy shares vulnerable stories of battling grief and unworthiness inspiring a healing journey of reweaving her life back together better than it ever was before. Drawing from her own successes, she now leads women who have suffered an untethering loss on a journey to reweave their souls into wholeness.    About Our Guest:   When loss shatters who you are into bits, it opens a portal to healing, to releasing, to reclaiming, to wholeness, if you’re willing to walk through it. Dr. Emy Tafelski is a guide in this realm of reweaving your soul into wholeness. After a number of years as a mental health therapist she has turned her attention and expertise toward deeper soul healing. A big part of this work leans into her Divine Feminine Spirituality. Another part of the work is unweaving and releasing the threads of culture that we carry unconsciously within our soul's tapestry.  Emy Tafelski has a PhD in psychology with a specialization in consciousness, spirituality, and integrative health. All of her doctoral work was focused on her own healing journey following the shattering loss of her mother (which occurred in her first semester of her doctoral program).    She loves fantasy novels and cats (even better when the fantasy novel has cats in it!). She’s been through the entire series of Schitt’s Creek 8 times and counting. When she’s not reading or petting cats, she’s likely out riding her motorcycle or deeply engaged in spiritual practice…or both.    Guest Info:   Website: www.emytafelski.com  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100090229196343  Instagram:  @soulweaving_dremy  Sign up to Dr. Emy Tafelski’s email list and gain access to her FREE GIFT, The Untethering Loss Care Package, 3 gifts to bring you comfort when you are feeling lost and alone, even if you haven’t suffered a recent loss. https://emytafelski.ck.page    Connect with Erin Patten:   Website: themetabusiness.world  Email: [email protected]  Instagram: @iamerinpatten  Podcast IG: @themetabusinessmillennialpodcast  LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/iamerinpatten  YouTube: youtube.com/@iamerinpatten    WANT MORE?  Join our MetaBusiness Newsletter www.erinpatten.com/contact-us  Which MetaBusiness Avatar are you?
